All purchases (excluding sale items) are valid for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for store credit, your items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. All items must be returned in its original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Accessories and jewelry are final sale!
Returns Denied (if applicable)
Returns will be denied on items with obvious signs of use and will be returned to sender at the customers expense.
Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the date of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for a store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will automatically be applied to your account with in 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit, please check your email.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible for store credit, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first to check availability and send your item to: Closet Jewelz,16015 CAIRNWAY DR, #840434, Houston TX 77084, United States.
Please be advised due to exclusivity, some items may not be available at the time of the exchange. If that is the case, you will be issued a store credit for the full value price of the item.
